Wedding Showcase

On Sunday 23rd February we will be holding a Wedding Showcase and Open Day.

This event will give all potential bride & grooms a chance to come and see our venue set up for a ceremony and wedding breakfast. It will also give couples a chance to meet our caterers and venue dresser as well as meeting many of our suppliers from hair and make up artists, to DJ's & bands, Photographers & videographers, stationers and much more.    

The showcase starts at 1:30pm and goes on until 3:30pm.​.

Orenda Crime Roadshow -
​Book Signing

The Orenda Crime Roadshow is coming to Parkgate!

The Orenda Roadshow pulls into town, bringing with it writers from Finland, Norway, Germany, France and the UK to discuss their novels, their writing heroes, what makes them write, the crime-fiction genre and much, much more!

Authors include - 
Helen FitzGerald, Louise Beech, Thomas Enger, Johana Gustawsson, Simone Buchholz, Antti Tuomainen, Michael J. Malone, Matt Wesolowski, Vanda Symon, Will Carver and Kjell Ola Dahl.

Our Spring Sporting Lunch on Friday March 6th sees us welcome former Wales & Lions Rugby Union star - Tom Shanklin.

Comedy Night in the Cranston

Come and join us for our 4th Annual Comedy in in the Cranston. 

With a new MC for this year - Australian Thomas Green - we have a great line up of comedians including:
- Lloyd Griffith - Former host of Soccer AM, regular on TV shows such as 8 out of 10 Cats, Comedy Store, Drunk History.
- Jack Gleadow - Hull Comedian, winner of Amused Moose National New Comic Award in Edinburgh
- Noel James - Welsh comedian, BGT Semi Finalist, regular at comedy clubs and festivals (Glastonbury, Reading, Edinburgh) and BBC & C4.

Tickets are priced at £15 premium seats (include seat at a table and table service all evening) or £12 for standard tickets. 

Sunday 22nd March
Mothering Sunday Lunch

​Following on from the success of our Christmas and Summer Lunches, we will be holding a Mother's Day lunch in the Cranston on Sunday March 22nd. 

There will be a 3 course Sunday roast menu, all prepared and cooked by our head chef Graham. Judging by the success and feedback from Graham's previous Sunday roasts at the club, tables are likely to be booked up quickly!
