As part of a thriving, multi-sport community, the tennis section has over 600 members, from our young mini-tennis players and active team members to the more social players. Adults can choose to join as tennis only members, or for a slightly higher rate, play all sports available, including tennis, cricket, squash, hockey and bowls.
We have eight astro courts, four of which have free floodlights, and four grass courts.
The tennis section participates in the Wirral league for adults and juniors, in various divisions, so there should be something for players of every standard. There is also a thriving social tennis scene and various competitions are held within the club.
Juniors have their own club night on a Friday during the season, there are plenty of opportunities for coaching and we run a ratings box league in conjunction with the LTA.
Our tennis camps have a reputation as fun filled, action packed days. They are run by highly qualifed coaches and are suitable for children of all abilities as they usually play in small groups.
