Neston Squash 1st Team won again and maintain top spot by 5 points after beating Xaverian 2's 17-5. Jon Hunter and Simon Hunter both back from injury won 3-0. Graeme Lea-Swain and Chris Camplejohn both won 3-1. Our No 1 Rachael Chadwick played a player who is often in their 1's playing in Division 1!

It is with regret, that I inform you of Ian Taylor's death earlier this week. Ian was a life member and a member of the Riff Raff and lived locally in Parkgate.

The Ladies 1's drew with top of the table Bowdon 2's 3-3, they were 3-2 ahead with minutes to go. Goals from Captain Sas Fearnley and sister Emma Fearnley and one from Faye Garland.
But the Ladies 2's and Ladies 3's both won and are in promotion places 1st place and 2nd place in the league.

Premier League Final 2014 Table
Neston Cricket 1's finished 5th in The ECB Cheshire Premier League for 2014, after beating Bramhall 1's by 2 wickets on the last game of the season. A great 2nd half of the season pulled them up from relegation zone earlier in the season.

Amazing footage of Neston CC member, Alan Pennington who played for Neston CC from 1933-1935, he was also a very good sprinter and went to The 1936 Olympics in Berlin and ran against the incredible Jesse Owens in the semi-finals. Our new Timeline traces the clubs history from 1881 to it's present day, we are building during January and are at 2009!
